Abstract:
To provide a driving device of a shutter curtain which causes no breakdown of an output member of a reduction gear even when it is dropped mistakenly in construction or the like.
A driving unit 14 comprising a motor 12 and the reduction gear 13 transmitting the output of the motor to a shutter curtain winding drum 11 is incorporated inside the winding drum 11. Two radial bearing members 15 and 16 are interposed between the outer periphery of the driving unit 14 and the inner periphery of the winding drum 11. Thereby a radial load is prevented from falling on the portion of engagement of the output member 28 of the reduction gear 13 with the winding drum 11.
