Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control driving of an actuator such as a stepping motor in high accuracy with a simple structure and at a low cost.SOLUTION: In a rotational axis 102 of an actuator 100, a rotor plate 111 to which a concave part 111b and a convex part 111a are relatively formed in an outer peripheral direction is attached. Further, a pair of magnets 113 is arranged with a predetermined angle along with an outer periphery of the rotor plate, and a magnetic sensor 112 detects the change of a magnetic field occurred in a magnet 113 and the rotor plate 111 in accordance with the rotation of the rotor plate 111. The actuator is controlled in accordance with the output of magnetic sensor 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
