Abstract:
To provide a driving device in which surge voltage can be suppressed while switching loss is reduced.SOLUTION: In the driving device, a main switching element is connected to a main current path, an input terminal of a high potential-side switching element and an output terminal of a low potential-side switching element are electrically connected to a control terminal of the main switching element, a first resistor is connected between an input terminal of the low potential-side switching element and the control terminal of the main switching element, a first capacitor is connected in parallel with the first resistor, a second capacitor is connected between a connection point between the first resistor and the control terminal of the main switching element and the high-potential side terminal of the main switching element, a diode is connected in series with the second capacitor, and a discharge circuit for discharging electric charges stored in the second capacitor is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
