Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device requiring a hydraulic pressure generator with electric motors, preventing an increase in the size of the device in connection with the hydraulic pressure generator.
SOLUTION: The driving device comprises the motors 2, 4 and a differential device 3 arranged in mutual parallel and axial relationship, a gear train 5 for drivingly connecting these with parallel shafts, and the hydraulic pressure generator 82. The gear train has counter driving gears 51, 52 arranged on motor axes X, Y, a counter driven gear 53 arranged on a counter shaft 50 in parallel to the motor axes for engaging the counter driving gears, and a differential drive pinion gear 54 arranged on the counter shaft for engaging a differential ring gear 31 arranged on an axis Z of the differential device. The hydraulic pressure generator is arranged in a vacant space formed between gears of the gear train in view from the axial direction of the gear train. This arrangement permits the arrangement of the hydraulic pressure generator requiring no space in the axial direction.
