To provide a driving evaluation device having high effect of improving atmospheric environment, comprehensively evaluating driving of a driver in a vehicle alone from the viewpoint of environment-friendly driving to positively promote environment-friendly driving.

The vehicle 1 includes a calculation means 10, a decision means 14, and a point recording part 20. Travel data indicating an influence upon environment of a vehicle travel when the driver drives a vehicle is calculated by the calculation means 10. A driving evaluation value (point) to be given to the driver is decided according to the travel data by the decision means 14. The driving evaluation value decided by the decision means 14 is stored in the point recording part 20 so as to be at least readable from the outside. Thereby, the driving of the driver is comprehensively evaluated from the viewpoint of the environment-friendly driving in the vehicle 1 alone, and it is read from the outside and can be used as a discount point or the like for a service or a commodity to positively promote the environment-friendly driving.
