The driving force distribution control device 1 includes a control device 3 which determines a value of torque to be transmitted to a rear wheel 105, and a driving force transmission device 2 which transmits the torque, corresponding to the value of the torque determined by the control device 3, to the rear wheel 105. The control device 3 reduces the value of the torque to be transmitted to the rear wheel 105 over a predetermined period of time, when detecting that the four-wheel-drive vehicle 100 is in a stopped state and that a rate of increase of a fastening force of a clutch 102 is a predetermined value or more.
