Abstract:

To keep high the lubricating oil fluidity between a second roller shaft part and a crankshaft in spite of existence of a seal for sealing the second roller shaft part rotating for controlling transmission capacity to a housing.

A working fluid scraped up by rotation of rollers 31, 32 for performing traction transmission advances from a gap between the roller 32 and a ring gear 51Lc as indicated by an arrow A1 through a thrust bearing 54L between them into an annular void between the left end part 13L of an output shaft and a crankshaft 51L. Since a radial oil hole 51Ld is provided in the crankshaft 51L between a seal ring 28 and a roller bearing 52L, the working fluid having advanced into the annular void flows through the roller bearing 52L as indicated by an arrow A2, and then returns to a lower oil sump of a housing 11 through the radial oil hole 51Ld as indicated by an arrow A3. Therefore, the fluidity of working fluid can be improved to surely lubricate the roller bearing 52L.
