To provide a driving force transmission device for a hybrid vehicle capable of preventing a two-way clutch from being switched to an engagement state while traveling by the drive of an engine.
The driving force transmission device for the hybrid vehicle is provided with a front wheel 11 rotated/driven making an engine 13 as a drive source; and a rear wheel 12 rotated/driven making an electric motor 16 with a speed reducer as a drive source. A mechanical type two-way clutch 19 is assembled to a torque transmission route reached from an output shaft 18 of the speed reducer 17 in the electric motor 16 to the rear wheel 12 and rotation torque is prevented from being transmitted from the rear wheel 12 to the output shaft 18 at traveling of the vehicle by drive of the engine 13. A solenoid clutch 50 for braking the output shaft 18 of the speed reducer 17 is provided, and at stop of rotation of the electric motor 16, the output shaft 18 is braked by the solenoid clutch 50. An outer ring 22 of the two-way clutch 19 is prevented from being rotated by vibration or the like at traveling of the vehicle by drive of the engine 13 to prevent the two-way clutch from being erroneously operated.
