PURPOSE: To easily further surely actuate an operating member by detecting an elastic member to be compressed to a limit thus stopping generation of electromagnetic force, in the case of a driving gear which compresses the elastic member by the operating member, utilizing the electromagnetic force, to feed air.
CONSTITUTION: When an electric current is conducted in an electromagnetic solenoid 6 serving as the electromagnetic force generating means, its iron core 6a generates magnetic force, and an armature 3, serving as the operating member, is attracted and lowered so that a diaphragm 5, serving as the elastic member, is compressed. As the result, air is fed with pressure into an air tank from an exhaust hole 5b. In this case, when the armature 3 lowers to a lower limit position, a detected plate 8, protrusively provided in the armature 3, is inserted between a light projector 7a and a light receiver 7b provided to be arranged in a frame 1, and a photointerrupter 7 is turned off. And disconnecting electrification to the solenoid 6, the armature 3 is filled by a leaf spring 2.
