The driving gear for a vehicle comprises a transmission 2, which receives power from an engine E and outputs at a driving system with changing gears in multistep by switching transmission gears 25 to 29 and 35 to 39, a clutch 1 which can release and connect the power transmitted from the engine E, and an assist members 43 to 46 which drive a driving system, located in the downstream of the transmission gears of the transmission 2. When the transmission gears of the transmission 2 are switched, the assist members 43 to 46 are actuated by the release of the clutch 1 and/or a return to the neutral position of the transmission gears, and the operation of the assist members 43 to 46 stops, after the switching of the transmission gears and/or by a connection of the clutch 1.
