PURPOSE: To provide a drive mechanism which allows the motion part of a toy, etc., to make slowly the specified motions through the action of a magnet.

CONSTITUTION: An iron core 3 is inserted through a bobbin 2 on which a coil 1 is wound so that the bobbin 2 and core 3 make relative movement, and the core 3 is fitted with magnets 4, 5 outside of the bobbin 2 so that the core 3 works as a yoke. The bobbin 2 and core 3 are put in relative movement by feeding a pulse curremt to the coil 1, and the motion part of an object concerned such as a toy is allowed to make specified motions through utilization of this relative movement.
