Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce energy consumption by once giving a displacement command in a direction against a load larger than a target value and giving a displacement command for the target value at the time of giving the displacement command for the target value.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of driving an actuator which displacement-controls a mechanism with friction and holds the target value against the static load such as gravity, the displacement command is once given to the direction against the load larger than the target value and the displacement command for the target value is given. Since the displacement command is once given to a direction against the static load and the displacement command is given to the target value, internal friction force is operated to the direction against the direction of gravity at the time of displacement to the target value, and it continues operating when the friction force is held. Thus, the output of the actuator at the time of holding can be reduced, and the energy of holding current can be reduced.
