Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable one power supply to work sufficiently for a driver circuit by equalizing a write voltage to an erase voltage, by setting writing and erasing operation to fixed times respectively.
CONSTITUTION: Transistors Tr1 and Tr3 are applied with write voltage VW and erase voltage VE, both set to two volts, and pulses are so set that write time (tW) and erase time (tE) will be 1.4 and 1.9 seconds respectively. Setting voltages and application times in this way results in that one power supply can drive ECD device 1.
