Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of video required for diagnosing driving technique, to carefully detect the content of driving operations of a trainee for the video, and to present a highly reliable result of diagnosis.
SOLUTION: A driving simulation seat 10 provided with a monitor TV 46 projecting the on-road driving video, first processing control sections 40, 48 which control the monitor TV to diagnose and evaluate the operating content of each manipulating instrument 47 is connected through a communication line 30, to a central control device 20 which has video reproducing device 51 supplying video signal to the monitor TV and a second processing control section 50 which controls the device 51 to collect the diagnostic and evaluated result. The monitor TV 46 has screen which displays wide-angle video and the video reproducing device 51 reproduces video signal in response to wide-angle video. The entire system is constituted so that the first processing control sections 40, 48 have a processing speed adapted to process wide-angle video signal.
