PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving state determination device for a vehicle capable of improving the detecting accuracy of the actual driving state.
SOLUTION: In a state producing a lateral movement such as turning of the vehicle, the actual driving state is determined based on deviation between an estimated yaw rate value based on the set driving state and the actual yaw rate value.
