PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for travelling in response to a situation even when there exists an obstacle.SOLUTION: Information on a stop action by a vehicle 100 is input to an action information input part 54 from an automated driving control device 30. An image/voice output part 51, if a distance from a point on a predicted moving route of an obstacle to the obstacle is a first threshold value or higher and the velocity of the obstacle is a second threshold value or lower, outputs to a notification device 2 inquiry information for inquiring a driver whether the possibility of collision between the obstacle and the vehicle 100 is excluded from determination targets for the automated driving control device 30. An answer signal for excluding the possibility of collision from the determination targets is input to an operation signal input part 50. A command output part 55 outputs to the automated driving control device 30 a command for excluding the possibility of collision from the determination targets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
