Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving system of liquid crystal display device and a liquid crystal driving method in which the recharging rate of liquid crystal capacitors is improved by securing the turn-on time of pixels.
SOLUTION: The driving system of a liquid crystal display device is provided with a liquid crystal panel 22 which is driven by applying gate signals and source signals. The system is provided with a source drive section 20, which supplies source signals to the panel 22, and a gate drive section 18 which supplies gate signals to the panel 22. The section 20 includes source drive integrated circuits, which output prescribed number of source signals in a mutually independent manner when load signals are inputted, a delaying section which stepwise delays initially inputted load signals for every prescribed time to generate load signals and inputs the signals to source drive integrated circuits. By such constitution described above, successive delaying of the output of source signals is made possible with source line units having a prescribed number, and insufficient recharging of liquid crystal capacitors caused by waveform deformation of the gate signals is prevented.
