Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve operability and responsiveness of rotation control, by carrying out the rotation control of a doffer roller based on an electric signal command according to the rotational speed of a main roller and reducing mechanical wear parts of a driving part.
CONSTITUTION: A main roller 4 and doffer roller 5 is rotated and driven by separate motors 7 and 11 and a rotational speed detecting means 12 is provided on a take-in roller 3. An output signal of the rotational speed detecting means 12 is inputted to a ratio controlling means 13 to synchronously operate the doffer roller 5 with the main roller 4 while carrying out speed change control of the rotational speed of a motor 11 through an inverter 14.
