Abstract:
To improve workability and safety, in work for inspecting a structure using a drone.SOLUTION: A drone comprises: a plurality of horizontal rotors which are rotors having horizontal rotating wings; and a vertical rotor which is a rotor having vertical rotating wings, where the vertical rotating wings of the vertical rotor are variable pitch propellers. A control method of the drone, which comprises the plurality of horizontal rotors which are rotors having horizontal rotating wings and the vertical rotor which is the rotor having vertical rotating wings, where the vertical rotating wings of the vertical rotor are variable pitch propellers, includes an idling step of making the plurality of horizontal rotors move the drone while idly rotating the vertical rotor with a pitch angle of the rotor being set to be zero or nearly zero.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
