Abstract:
To provide a drone protection device which has a lightweight and simple structure and can protect a protection object located at a place where a drone falls.SOLUTION: A drone 1 includes: leg parts 10 extending downward from a body part 3; and propellers 6 which are disposed so as to enclose the body part and rotate during flight. A protection device 20 is mounted on the drone and includes a protection member 30 which is actuated to cover lower sides of the leg parts of the drone when the drone falls. The protection member comprises a substantially discoid shaped bag body 30 which includes an inflow port 33 enabling air AT to flow thereinto when the drone falls, at a center 30a on a lower surface side and expands so as to extend from the inflow port in a radial direction when air flows thereinto. The protection device includes: a storage portion 21 which is disposed near the leg parts 10 and stores the folded bag body; and an extrusion device 24 which extrudes the bag body 30 from the storage portion when the protection device is actuated and has a holding part 28 for holding a peripheral edge 32a of the inflow port while directing the inflow port 33 downward so that air can flow thereinto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
