PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs for retrieving and forwarding a drop-off vehicle.SOLUTION: A car sharing device receives reservation information on a shared car from a user terminal. The car sharing device transmits request information to a matching device regarding a drop-off reservation about which a use start place is different from a use end place of the reservation information. The matching device receives the request information from the car sharing device. The matching device transmits the request information to a retriever terminal. The matching device receives application information having a retriever set from the retriever terminal. The matching device transmits registration information for registering the retriever with reservation information to the car sharing device.
