To provide a droplet discharge apparatus capable of cooling an integrated circuit more excellently, and enabling the energy saving upon heating a functional liquid (ink).
The droplet discharge apparatus includes: a discharge head 1 which has a nozzle and discharges the droplets of the functional liquid from the nozzle; a control part 6 which has the integrated circuit 63 for controlling the discharge action of the discharge head 1; a tank 90 which stores the functional liquid to be supplied to the discharge head 1; and a functional liquid supply means which supplies the functional liquid from the tank 90 to the discharge head 1. The control part 6 includes the integrated circuit 63 and a radiation block 62 for radiating the heat thereof. The functional liquid supply means is composed to supply the functional liquid to the discharge head 1 after bringing the functional liquid into contact with the radiation block 62 for heat exchange.
