Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove molding sand from a casting with respect to a device for collapsing molding sand by hitting the casting with a hammer.
SOLUTION: While giving the casting vibration, strong impact force is applied so that the molding sand is collapsed and detached from the casting 20. Further, the casting 20 is inclined in the arbitrary direction and the molding sand is discharged to the lower part.
