To disclose a drowning prevention protective device for dams.SOLUTION: This invention discloses a drowning prevention protective device for dams. The drowning prevention protective device includes a shell body in front view. The shell body is set in a dam. A lifted/lowered cover that can be lifted and lowered is set in the shell body. A warning bar base is firmly set on the top end of the shell body. A rotatable warning bar is set in the warning bar base. An alarm is firmly set on the top end of the warning bar. A warning lamp is firmly set above the alarm. This invention has a simple configuration and is convenience for maintenance and use. A person who enters the danger zone of a dam can be protected from being washed away by water streams. In addition, water in the device can quickly be drained after the device starts to work so that death from drowning due to lack of oxygen for a long time is prevented by effectively protecting the drowning person in the device.
