Abstract:
To provide a medication history data transmission system, an information management server, and a terminal program capable of improving convenience for patients without requiring pharmacies to introduce new equipment.SOLUTION: In a medication history data transmission system 100, an information management server 1 includes: a location information reception unit 11 that acquires present location information of a patient terminal; a pharmacy identification unit 12 that identifies pharmacies in the vicinity referring to a pharmacy information DB (database) 34; a medication history data storage unit 33 that stores drug history data related to the drug prescribed to the patient; and a drug data transmission request unit 18 that makes a request for the identified pharmacy to send medication history data about the medication prescribed to the patient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
