Abstract:

To provide a drum brake structure that is so constituted as to have a parking lever for electric parking brake arranged inside a drum, and that is suitable to prevent trouble caused in assembling or in an operation of the electric parking brake.SOLUTION: A drum brake structure A1 is so constituted that a parking lever 17 for electric parking brake and boss parts 53 of a hub bearing 5 are arranged inside a drum 12, and the parking lever 17 rotates around a predetermined rotary shaft 171 through the operation of an electric actuator 3 to be displaced radially inside the drum 12. A recessed part 54 is formed between adjacent boss parts 53, and a projection part 172 which enters the recessed part 54 in vehicle width-directional view to face the recessed part 54 across a predetermined gap is formed on an inner peripheral side of the parking lever 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
