PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece for a drum and a steel drum that can prevent the occurrence of foreign matter from a mouthpiece flange and a plug of a drum.SOLUTION: A mouthpiece for a drum 100 is attached to a top plate 11 of a steel drum, and has a flange 110 having a female screw 111 and a plug 120 having a male screw 121 screwed into a female screw.
