PURPOSE: To improve strength and airtightness at a seamed part of a drum-like container.
CONSTITUTION: In a drum-like container formed with a flange extending from an end 10b of a cylindrical body plate 10 and a seamed part for rolling a flange 11b of a top plate or a bottom plate 11, the seamed part comprises the flange of the body plate 10 and an outer side of the flange of the top plate or the bottom plate 11 wherein the flange of the top plate or the bottom plate 11 with sealed adhesive applied in advance, which are together rolled to be bent and engaged, to which pressure is laterally applied, thereby allowing the sealed adhesive to be rolled and filled between a face of the flange of the body plate 10 and a face of the flange of the top plate or the bottom plate 11.
