Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an agitation function and to secure a desired kneading time by eliminating the retention of aggregate in the neighbourhood of the outlet of a mixer and on the inlet side and preventing the adhesion of concrete between agitating blades.
SOLUTION: Multistage of agitating blades 11, 12,... are installed in the axis L direction of a drum 4, and the positions of the blade 11 of one stage and the blade 12 of the adjacent stage are made different in the circumferential direction of the drum 4. The blades 11, 12,... have an angle and a shape to return a material scooped by the rotation of the drum 4 to the inlet 5 side. On the inlet 5 side of the inner circumferential surface of the drum 4, spiral blades 7, 8,... for preventing the stagnation of the material while controlling the abrupt flow of the material to the blade 11 are installed. Three blades 11, 12,... are installed at nearly equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the drum 4. The blades 11, 12,... are installed toward the rotational direction R of the drum 4 at an angle of approximately 50 degrees to the inner circumferential surface of the drum 4.
