Material, for instance, asbestos or the like molded by rubber or resin or the like is used for a brake lining 39, and fine grooves 39b are formed in linear, along the sliding direction of a drum 41, on a pressing surface 39a to a brake drum 41 of the brake lining 39, have a width W of 1-2mm and a depth H of 3-5mm; and the lining 39 has a width of 100-150mm and a length of 150-200mm; and the fine grooves 39b are formed in plural at intervals P of, e.g. 10mm. When the brake lining 39 is pressed to the brake drum 41, rain water etc., infiltrates between them, is led to the fine grooves 39b to be discharged, thereby obtaining prescribed braking force.
