Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type washing machine in which washing performance with respect to laundry is further improved compared to the conventional one.SOLUTION: A drum type washing machine includes a circulation mechanism for circulating washing water stored at a bottom part of an outer tub 2. The circulation mechanism includes: a circulation passage leading to an upper part of the outer tub 2 from the bottom part of the outer tub 2; and a circulation pump 24 provided in the middle of the circulation passage. A circulation flow rate when the washing water stored at the bottom part of the outer tub 2 is circulated by the circulation mechanism is set to be 50 L/min or more.
