This case is composed of an oblong case main body 1 of a cross-sectionally semicylindrical shape, capable of mounting two dry element batteries in series with an opening 2 opened over its whole lower face, and two single swinging cover bodies 3, 4 provided in the opening 2 of the case main body 1 and opened to an orthogonal direction. The case main body 1 and the two cover bodies 3, 4 are molded integrally using a resin together with other constituent parts.
