Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate replacement of a liner 20.SOLUTION: A dry classifier for sand production is provided which is comprised of vertical double cylindrical drums 1, 2, and a fan blade 11 and a distributor 12 that are assembled to a vertical shaft 9 on a central axis of the drum, and in which lower parts of the double cylindrical drums are formed into conical shapes 3, 4 respectively. Both cylindrical drums are comprised of lattice-like skeleton frames 21, side wall plates 22 provided on each lattice-like part A of the skelton frame, and liners 20 which are provided on a surface of the side wall plate 22 and comprise wear resistant material. The side wall plate 22 can be opened to an outside by a hinge 23 provided in a part of a peripheral border of the side wall plate 22, and is movable to the outside from the lattice-like part A of the skelton frame 21. The side wall plate 22 is rotated and opened to the outside by removing a bolt for fitting (the state shown by a chain line in the drawing) when replacing the liner 20.
