PURPOSE: To improve the recovery efficiency of condensed solvent and residual solvent by providing a solvent detecting means for detecting a solvent quantity more than a prescribed one inside a recovery vessel and a valve control part for opening a lead-out valve and a communication valve based on a solvent detecting signal before and after a drying process and closing these valves during the drying process.
CONSTITUTION: The recovery vessel 15 is provided with a recovery chamber 19 having a condenser 17 and a heater 18 arranged while communicating its entrance/exit to a working vessel 8, and the recovery chamber 19 connects the bottom part through a lead-out path 26 with a lead-out valve 25 to a water separator 14 and connects the upper part through a communication path 28 with a communication valve 27 to the outside. By operating a setting key 31 and a start key 32, respective process control parts 33 make each process proceed corresponding to process contents in the order of washing process, dehydrating process, drying process and deodorizing process. During the drying process, the recovered solvent is stored in the recovery chamber 19, and after the end of the deodorizing process, the solvent is guided to the water separator 14 by opening the valves 25 and 27. After the lapse of 30 sec, when the solvent detecting signal is continuously inputted, since the valves 25 and 27 are opened for 30 sec before the drying process of the next operation, at such a time, the solvent is shifted to the water separator 14.
