Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce constitutive equipment and to reduce cost just for that equipment by condensing a solvent gas during distillation while using a condenser for drying process. CONSTITUTION: After wash processing work is performed through the respective processes of washing, dehydrating and drying, a contaminated solvent in a solvent tank 1 is dropped and distillated in a still tank 9 so that the contaminated materials are removed and the purified solvent is stored in the solvent tank 1. Then, the solvent gas during distillation is condensed while using condensers 6 and 7 for drying process. Namely, since the condenser for drying process is also used for distilling the solvent, the conventional condenser dedicated to distillation is abandoned, devices are down-sized just by the space of that condenser and cost can be reduced just by the same.
