PURPOSE: To cause the deflocculant containing electrolyte to be unnecessary, while the forming process of electrophoresis is achieved stably and continuously by a method in which talc raw material, an desine raw material and clay raw material are used for earthenware raw material, and the compounding ratio is limited.
CONSTITUTION: The compounding ratio of the raw material of earthenware is in the range of 40-50wt.% of talc raw material, 20-35wt.% of an desine raw material and 25-35wt.% of clay raw material. A dry clusher 10 feeds the earthen ware raw material fed from a hopper 12 to forked blanching pathes 13, 14 with a screw feeder 17. Since the fed raw material is ejected at high speed by the high pressurized air from a compressor 16 introduced through a path 15, the raw material collides mutually and is crushed finely due to the impact. The raw material particles having been crushed are transferred to a classifica tion chamber 19 through a path 18 with high pressurized air, and are classified into a desired particle size. Next, the raw material particles are stored in a tank 23 through a path 22, and is used as the earthenware raw material for the forming process of electrophoresis. By such a process of dry compounding body, the deflocculant at the time of compounding is made unnecessary.
