Abstract:
To provide a dry cutter in which the deformation of a base metal can be prevented at the time of peeling a Ti series film, and recycling is easy, to provide its reproducing method and to provide a peeling method for the dry cutter film.
A dry cutter 11 coated with a Ti series film is immersed into an aqueous solution 10 containing an alkali hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide to peel the upper layer of the Ti series film, and next, the dry cutter 11 is coated with a Ti series film.
