Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry facility for painting having small energy loss and having advantage in facility cost and running cost.SOLUTION: A dry facility for painting includes: an outgoing passage 20a for dehumidification configured to guide air extracted from a treatment chamber 4, as air A" to be dehumidified, to an adsorption region 13 of an adsorption/desorption dehumidification device 11; a return passage 20b for dehumidification configured to dehumidified air A" having passed through the adsorption region 13 to the treatment chamber 4; a heat pump 15 for desorption configured to heat air HA for desorption to be passed through a desorption region 14 of the absorption/desorption humidification device 11, with the dehumidified air A" passing through the adsorption region 13 and fed out to the return passage 7b for dehumidification as a heat absorption source; and a sensible heat exchanger 21 configured to perform heat exchange between the air A" to be dehumidified in the outgoing passage 7a for dehumidification and the dehumidified air A" in the return passage 7b for dehumidification whose temperature is lowered by heat absorption from the heat pump 15 for desorption, and cool the air to be dehumidified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
