Abstract:
To enable pattern formation on a substrate having through holes and concavities by forming a cationic polymerizable epoxy-based photosensitive composition having high alkali resistance into a dry film, and to provide an ink jet head excellent in reliability by using the dry film.
A phenoxy resin having an epoxy ring is mixed as a binder in an amount of 5-60 wt.%, thereby enhancing film performance.
