Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stick a dry film to the front/rear tip parts of a substrate by providing feed rolls for automatically feeding the substrate to a sticking roll and applying force in the tangential direction to the sticking roll. CONSTITUTION: A carrying means 14 carries printed circuit boards 16 through feed rolls 22 and 23 one by one to a sticking area 18 to pass them through a main body 12. When a substrate 16 is driven by the rolls 22 and 23 and fed into the sticking area 18, the tip of a detection switch 116 applies force in the tangential direction to sticking rolls 28 and 30. By the operation of the switch 116 and a timer 118, air pressure cylinders 76 and 88 applies downward force to the first sticking roll 28 and the tip parts of dry films 36 and 46 are stuck to the tip parts of the upper and lower surfaces of the substrate 16. The sticking of the films 36 and 46 to the rear tip parts of the upper/lower surfaces of the substrate 16 is started by the switch 138 of a second detection means. A series of substrates 16 are ejected from a sticking device 10 connected at intervals by the films 36 and 46.
