Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform drying so as to unify distribution of a moisture content in a layer direction of an agglomerated compound inserted into a dry furnace by utilizing microwaves.SOLUTION: A dry furnace reduces moisture contained in a dried object by blowing hot air to the dried object and radiating microwaves, while conveying the dried object with a conveyor. The dry furnace includes a hot air dry device blowing hot air from below the dried object across the conveyor, a microwave oscillator oscillating the microwaves, and a waveguide radiating the microwaves from above the dried object.
