To provide a dry powder medicine inhalation system independent of a medicine flow speed during its inhalation.

The inhalation method of dry powder medicine includes the step of preparing a mixture of dry powder medicines, in which medicine particles are 1 to 7 microns in size and supplied mist is about 5 to 5.5 microns in mass median aerodynamic diameter. The mixture of powder medicines has a nearly independent flow speed, and is charged in an inhaler whose inhalation flow rate resistance is about 0.12 to 0.21 (cm H2O) 1/2 in the range of about 10 to 60 L/min. A patient inhales the mixture of medicines from an inhaler at an inhalation flow rate of about 15 to 60 L/min, and as a result, the patient can have sufficient medicine supply, in which respirable medicine fragments are at least 20%.
