Abstract:
PURPOSE: To guarantee the perfect setting stability of a trimming blade by fixing the trimming blade to one of the edge leg parts of each square edge, forming the other edge leg part erected from the edge leg part as a holding part and holding the trimming blade to an opening provided on the side wall of a trimming head frame by the edge leg part. CONSTITUTION: End face walls 12 and 14 form a rectangular space 13 opened upwards and downwards together with side walls 16 and 18 and the trimming blade 20 is fitted in it in a curved state. The respective square edges 22 and 24 are present at the lower end of the trimming blade 20 and the edge leg part 28 formed as a holding edge is bent to an L shape. The square edges 22 and 24 are composed of the almost vertically extended edge leg part 26 in contact with the inner surface of the side walls 16 and 18 of the trimming head frame 10 and the almost horizontally extended edge leg part 28. The edge leg part 28 is extended forming an obtuse angle to the edge leg part 26, the length is matched with the opening 30 provided on the trimming head frame 10 and the opening 30 perfectly stabilizes the holding edge 28 in the state of incorporating the trimming blade 20.
