Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a dry silver salt photosensitive body ensuring low fog density of the unexposed part at the time of heat development and satisfactory safety.
CONSTITUTION: When a single- or multilayered heat developable photosensitive element contg. at least an org. silver salt, a reducing agent and photosensitive silver halide is formed on a substrate to obtain a dry silver salt photosensitive body, halide of a metal whose hydrogen overvoltage is higher than that of silver and lower than that of mercury is incorporated into the heat developable photosensitive element. The objective dry silver salt photosensitive body is obtd.
