Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry state monitoring device for a freeze dryer that can monitor the dry state of a dried material in a primary dry step and a secondary dry step without using a temperature sensor, and can perfectly eliminate the risk that the dried material collapses, and provide a dry state monitoring method.SOLUTION: A sequencer PLC controls dry chamber vacuum Pdc to a setting value in both of a primary dry step and a secondary dry step, and calculates a sublimation speed Qm (dehumidification speed Qm' in the secondary dry step), an average bottom component temperature Tb and an average sublimation surface temperature Ts in this order. The calculated sublimation speed Qm (dehumidification speed Qm'), average bottom component temperature Tb and average sublimation surface temperature Ts are recorded in recording means e.
