Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently dry a hydrous solid matter.SOLUTION: A dehydration system 100 comprises: a storage part (a first storage part 112) for accommodating a hydrous solid matter (brown coal); a mixed water steam generation part 250 for generating mixed water steam by mixing first water steam evaporated by heating the hydrous solid matter in the storage part with second water steam generated outside with a temperature higher than that of the first water steam; a fluidization gas supply part (a first fluidization gas supply part 114) for forming a fluid bed by supplying the mixed water steam generated by the mixed water steam generation part from the bottom face of the storage part so as to make the hydrous solid matter flow in the storage part; a heat transfer part (a first heat transfer part 116) disposed in the storage part to circulate the mixed water steam while during circulation period, heating the hydrous solid matter by the heat included in the mixed water steam; a temperature sensor 118 for measuring the temperature of the fluid bed in the storage part; and a flow rate control part 310 for controlling the flow rate of the second water steam mixed by the mixed water steam generation part according to the measured temperature of the fluid bed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
