An ALC panel 1 used for an external wall of a building as a dry-type external wall material having a plate-like shape comprises a panel body 3 having a rectangular shape in front view, and joint margins 5a to 5d with a prescribed width which are arranged on the four sides of a rectangle 60 contouring the panel body 3 so as to surround the circumference of the panel body 3 for sealing the joint between the ALC panel and other neighboring ALC panels to be constructed. A strip-shaped decorative joint 13 extending adjacent to and in parallel with the joint margin 5a on the front face of the panel body 3, together with a table portion 15 arranged at a higher level than the decorative joint 13. The table portion 15 has a rectangular shape with an aspect ratio approximately equal to the golden ratio, in front view.
