To provide a dry-type salt recovering method and a plant capable of collecting salt, and circulating the used water in a closed state while applying a combustion temperature of vinyl chloride wastes as a combustion furnace temperature at a present practical application temperature.
This dry type salt recovering method applies a characteristic constitution obtained by successively connecting a combustion furnace 2 directly connected to a vinyl chloride waste charging mechanism 1, and provided with a primary combustion chamber 2d and a secondary combustion chamber 2e inside, a hot water boiler 3 for cooling a combustion gas from the secondary combustion chamber 2e at a constant temperature, a high-temperature exhaust duct 4a provide with an atomization nozzle 4b inside thereof for atomizing caustic soda solution-mixed circulation water from a caustic soda solution supplying device 4 independently installed, to the combustion gas passing through the hot water boiler 3, and a cyclone device 4 for recovering powered salt by chemical reaction of most part of a chlorine gas in the combustion gas from the high-temperature exhaust duct 4a and caustic soda.
