Abstract:
To provide a dryer for a coating device, for drying a coating film formed on a substrate using Coanda effect, capable of preventing a substrate from flapping and of stably drying a coating film.SOLUTION: An air delivery port 3 for delivering hot air is provided with a hot air guide plate 5 comprising a guide part 5B tilting downward for guiding hot air delivered from the hot air delivery port 3 to flow downward relative to the horizontal direction, and a flow-direction lifting guide part 5C connected to the guide part 5B tilting downward, to guide hot air being guided to flow downward by the guide part 5B tilting downward, so as to flow in the horizontal direction or upward direction relative to the horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
