Abstract:
To provide a dryer and a drying method of high drying efficiency attained by securing air permeability of a slurry-type treating object to prevent anaerobic decomposition caused by anaerobic bacteria, and to provide a decompressor for use in the dryer.SOLUTION: The dryer comprises a housing capable of housing a treating object in its inner space, an agitator that agitates the treating object housed in the housing, a decompressor that reduces the pressure of the inner space, and a microwave generator that generates and radiates a microwave to the treating object housed in the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
